Lodge Moor. NYC

Located in an old Chocolate Factory bursting with character, Lodge Moor is a development consisting of 4 apartments in New York City. The apartments are aimed at tourists (or locals) with a higher budget who usually frequent boutique hotels. 

The creative challenge focused on crafting a seamless, end-to-end guest journey by translating a premium brand system across both digital touchpoints and the physical property environment. I used the property initials to create a subtle yet distinctive brand marque that represents the large front doors of the factory/building. The colour palette is minimal and luxurious, using a dark brown to reflect the buildings past. This was supported by a cohesive suite of on-property print collateral, utilising sophisticated layout design and rigorous attention to detail to elevate the everyday guest experience. 

It is Moor than just accommodation!
