Lodge Moor. NYC
I created an identity that was to be used to pitch for investment in a new development consisting of 4 apartments in New York. Lodge Moor, located in an old chocolate factory in an up and coming area of NYC is bursting with character. The apartments are aimed at tourists (or locals) with a higher budget who usually frequent boutique hotels.
The brand mark takes it’s queue from the structure itself, which has a large entrance door and stylish crittall windows. Using the initials from the development name I created an ‘entrance door’. The colour palette is minimal with the use of a rich chocolate brown and an industrial style brass/gold to add a touch of luxury.
It is Moor than just a hotel.
